 ce Committee is hosting the second part of this dynamic program. Topics to

 care\, and the decisions we make for our end-of-life care\n 	Health care c
 hoices: Palliative Care\, Hospice\, and the importance of Advance Directiv
 es\n 	End of Life Options Act—what it is\, what it is not\n 	Discussion 
 of the End of Life Options Act from a Catholic perspective\n 	Planning for
