The Women’s Guild ended the year wonderfully with a luncheon catered by Nucci’s. Marcy Bernier did a beautiful job installing
the officers for the 2026-27 year with roses and many thanks. Those members installed were the following:
President – Theresa Harris
First Vice President – Ann Nowicki
Second Vice President – Sharon Ornellas
Corresponding Secretary – Henri Black
Treasurer – Valerie Conway
Corresponding Secretary – Colleen Abeyta
We felt privileged to deliver a check to the church for $26,000. We had previously given $1,085 from our Bingo proceeds, so our total donation was $27,085. This amount was because of the dedication and efforts of our members, and Father Brent expressed his heartfelt thanks. The much-anticipated quilt drawing followed, with lucky winners each receiving one of the quilts lovingly hand-crafted by our talented quilters. Their names will appear in next week’s bulletin. We then ended our year with deep satisfaction over a very successful year, full of fun, fellowship, and a deep appreciation of God’s blessings and grace.
