Wedding Coordinator


Our wedding coordinator will be there to help the couple plan and organize their Catholic wedding ceremony, assist with everything from initial planning and rehearsal to ensuring a smooth and reverent ceremony on the wedding day. 

Responsibilities of a Wedding Coordinator

Meeting with the couple to discuss their vision for the wedding, including the liturgy, music, readings, and other elements of the ceremony. 

Managing communication with and coordinating with vendors like florists, photographers, and musicians to ensure they adhere to church guidelines and the couple’s preferences. 

Leading the rehearsal to ensure all members of the wedding party know their roles and understand the flow of the ceremony. 

Overseeing the wedding day, ensuring everything runs smoothly, and addressing any last-minute issues that may arise. 

Adhering to the specific guidelines and traditions of the Catholic Church, such as appropriate dress codes, liturgical practices, and decor restrictions.
