Kitchen Manager

Manages the use of the kitchen, provides training to others, and administers the food handler’s test. We have a multitude of volunteers who had passed the food handlers test to be leaders for various kitchen events (i.e.: Knights of Columbus, Family Night, and Bereavement Team). In each event where the kitchen is used one or more of these food handlers assures that everyone complies with the rules of the Health Department codes, and reports back to the kitchen manager the checklist.

Additional Information

Acts as a liaison between our maintenance staff and all who use the kitchen.

Time Requirement:

Varies; is only needed during the training of others and the administration of the food handler’s test.
