Once a year we put on a rummage sale in the church parking lot. We meet 3 months in advance to build a committee and start the planning process. There are a few areas that require specific help: plant booth, volunteer scheduling and coordination, communication in and outside of the Parish, plant booth donations, and plant booth donation pickups. We coordinate the drop off of donations the Friday night before the event and schedule volunteers to patrol the parking lot at night. The event takes place primarily on one Saturday between 7:30am and 12:30pm. Plant sales are opened one day before and one day after the main event.
